VIP airport services
Dubai and Abu Dhabi VIP services, including private terminal access on request.
Airport guide
Dubai International has three terminals. Confirm both the airport code DXB and the terminal before requesting assistance; Dubai World Central is a different airport. Terminal 1’s D gates involve a short airport-train journey, which is another reason to organise the service around the actual flight rather than a generic airport pickup.
For a departure through Abu Dhabi, the published Salam meeting instruction is specific: approach the Salam Meet & Assist counter in Terminal A. Do not tell a driver to expect a kerbside greeting unless an additional arrangement has been confirmed. The service is also listed as operating at Zayed Terminal.
What we do
Priority passport control and baggage on arrival, with a personal assistant from the aircraft door.
Priority check-in, security and passport control on departure.
Guided connection between flights, including terminal changes and short layovers.
